Wayne has been very helpful. He was helping me to understand the situation and recommending the best approach. He was genuinely helping me to find the best and most economic solution. At the end I did not need his service as the person I was looking for lodged bankruptcy but I could have paid a fee with other investigators if such information was not mentioned to me as a background check.
